Few people can claim to be a fixture in commercial construction in South Florida like Larry Chase. His career began as a timekeeper for Frank J. Rooney Construction in 1963 and steadily he rose the ranks to become President. During his career at Rooney (now Centex-Rooney), he managed high profile projects such as Omni International, James L. Knight Center, Hyatt Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Dania Jai Alai, several Burdines Department Stores, Kraft Land Pavilion at EPCOT to name a few.
In 1985, Larry founded C.G. Chase Construction and immediately grew the company into the successful entity it is today. With impressive projects like Shops at Sunset Place, Biscayne Village, Royal Caribbean Headquarters and terminals on his roster, he has truly set the standard for quality construction and customer service in the industry. Today he manages the marketing efforts and overall operations of company.

Dave has been an integral part of Chase construction since 1985 and has numerous high-profile projects completed under his management. Some notable projects include the design, planning and development of multiple cruise line terminals for Carnival Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean. Due to the complexity, these projects spanned nearly a decade. David has concurrently managed huge projects that include ice rinks, high rises, shopping malls and large commercial buildings just to name a few. Prior to joining Chase, David worked as a project manager for Frank J. Rooney Construction for nearly a decade.
JASON CHASE

Jason has been with Chase since 1999 after graduating from University of Florida with a degree in Business. Multitasking is an integral part of Jason’s job while he manages the entire bid process, construction schedules, permitting, field team operations and client meetings. Some notable projects he worked on are Farrey’s Design Showroom, Shops at Sunset Place and Biscayne Village. He currently manages numerous multimillion-dollar projects, which include a bus facility and library for Miami-Dade County.
ERICK CIOCCA

Erick joined Chase in 2001 as an Estimator on large-scale projects such as White Diamond, Club Regency and Biscayne Village. By 2003, he became the Project Engineer on a variety of projects, which included high-rise condominiums, retail complexes and other commercial structures. Presently he is Project Manager on the construction of multiple cruise line terminals at the Port of Miami.
