Chase Construction Thinks Green for New Headquarters
Miami, FL – Chase Construction Management has moved it’s corporate headquarters to South Miami-Dade, adjacent to the City of Pinecrest. In an effort to accommodate its growing staff and the need to centralize operations, Chase relocated from downtown Miami to the ever-growing area in South Dade.
The freestanding building located on Southwest 128 Street and 84th Avenue is spacious and convenient. Chase invested thousands to modernize the building while keeping the environment in mind. The office is an efficient design to operate, with updated technology that allows for minimal paper use, it is equipped with compact fluorescent lighting that uses 1/10 of the electricity, and it has fewer windows which demises the heat load and makes cooling costs and usage of energy to cool greatly reduced.
